Cameron Cummins is a 2025 graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he worked in the Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic, representing West Virginian coal miners in their claims for Federal Black Lung Benefits. Additionally, he was a semi-final oralist in the 2023 John W. Davis Moot Court Competition, and a research assistant exploring issues related to corporate risk management. His summer experiences included real estate zoning and litigation as well as complex products liability defense cases.
Prior to law school, Cameron was a litigation paralegal and office manager at Trachtenberg & Arena, LLP.
