Our Firm
Trachtenberg & Arena, LLP was formed in July 2021. Prior to that time, David Trachtenberg and Stephen Arena practiced together for over 12 years at Trachtenberg Rodes & Friedberg LLP, which David founded in 1988 after beginning his legal career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and which Stephen subsequently joined in 2008, following his time at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Our litigation subject matter experience is broad as we have represented clients in a wide variety of disputed matters. We also have handled a wide range of domestic and international corporate and transactional matters.

We have a long-standing relationship with corporate and healthcare lawyer Paul Klausner, formerly of Arnold & Porter (Kaye Scholer).
