Cameron J. Cummins

I am a 2025 graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law. At W&L Law, I worked in the Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic where I represented West Virginian coal miners in their claims for Federal Black Lung Benefits. I was able to engage in discovery disputes, argue before an administrative law judge, and write an extensive brief discussing complex medical evidence. I also was a semi-final oralist in the 2023 John W. Davis Moot Court Competition and a research assistant where I explored issues related to corporate risk management.

My summer associate experiences included real property zoning and products liability matters. I worked on pre-trial motions in limine, zoning appeals, and numerous litigation matters spanning several industries.

I return to Trachtenberg & Arena having previously worked at the firm as a litigation paralegal and office manager before law school. Prior to working at Trachtenberg & Arena, as an undergraduate at New York University, I competed as a member of the varsity rowing team in several regattas throughout the Northeast as an undergraduate at New York University. I studied Politics, Italian, and Mandarin at New York University and spent a year studying abroad in Florence, Italy.

Analytical and resourceful, with broad multi-firm experience.
