For more than 25 years, Gregg has worked with businesses of all sizes, from emerging growth to large public companies, as well as their investors and financial advisors, on corporate transactional matters spanning many industries. This includes nearly ten years in the corporate department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and six years as a senior executive and general counsel at a technology company.
Gregg represents clients in a wide range of domestic and international transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing, business formation, restructurings, and executive employment agreements. He also acts as outside general counsel to his clients, advising their boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, major business agreements and day-to-day business issues. Gregg is experienced across a broad array of industry sectors, including technology, media, financial services, real estate, medical devices and life sciences.
Gregg’s goal is to bring clients a high level of sophistication born from years at a major firm, balanced with the insight of an in-house counsel and business executive and the judgment of a boutique firm corporate counsel accustomed to representing clients ranging from start-ups to mid-market, well established businesses.
Gregg comes to our firm through our Of Counsel relationship with Shulklapper Associates LLP, where he is Principal.
